We are seeking a motivated, licensed Real Estate Agent to join our growing real estate brokerage firm! This position will allow for continued success in your own sphere of clients, while also branching out into the investment market by helping our investors acquire and resale residential investment properties. Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate loyal relationships with investors (worldwide) & advise/facilitate in reaching their real estate investing goals
  • Proficient in handling transactions from contract to close as many of our investors are not in the Charlotte area
  • Maintaining proper documentation of all real estate transactions
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • NC Real Estate License, although provisional brokers can be considered based on education level (SC not required but a plus)
  • Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
  • Ability to market properties effectively to attract potential buyers
  • sales oriented mindset to meet sales targets and generate revenue
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Self-motivated and great organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
