Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The core mission of the Associate Digital Product Manager is to lead digital product development and increase the overall sales of specified digital products within the Marketing Products Division. Oversee product management, marketing, and development for new and existing products such as Outreach Social, Outreach Websites, AI Clips, Church Plan Your Visit Ads, Google Ads for churches, and more.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Responsible for the growth of digital product sales inside the Marketing Products Division at Outreach.
  • Leads the product development for new and existing digital products. This entails an understanding of the market, what’s trending, an eye for revenue opportunities, and the skills to take something new to market.
  • Works collaboratively with internal development teams on product creation when needed. Other times, this will mean becoming an expert in digital platforms and conducting hands-on development. 
  • Works with sales leadership to create and leverage sales processes for digital products. This may mean creating training videos to walk through product details. 
  • Create headlines and marketing copy as needed to leverage in emails, print, events, and other channels to maximize sales of these digital products.
  • Builds and executes social media advertising to promote Outreach’s digital products as well as ads for church customers. 
  • Based on customer feedback and competitor analysis, provides feedback and works with the product development team to improve the back and front-end user experience of the digital products.
  • Form product-consultative partnerships with ministries and networks that result in product sales.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and represent Outreach well both internally and externally.
  • Provide world-class customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Work to drive inbound leads through marketing and sales best practices and emerging technology solutions.

 OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work to develop training resources to be used both internally and externally, including but not limited to designs and content for landing pages, product selling sheets, and videos.
  • Help to build a positive brand and user experience of Outreach within our industry.
  • Create sales and marketing campaigns to drive business and grow sales.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve digital products.
Requirements
  • Significant knowledge of Christianity, the Christian church, and pastoral leadership required
  • Product management experience
  • Social media and Google advertising for churches
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, social media, and digital platforms
  • Positive attitude and a genuine interest in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal skills; confident working with customers in person and through email, phone, chat, Messenger, and webinars or video calling; friendly, positive, service-oriented personality
  • Analytical mindset that can pull and discuss patterns from data 
  • Ability and willingness to be both strategic and execute on strategic ideas
  • Comfortable learning new technology and programs 
  • Experience applying marketing concepts to achieve business goals
  • Eligible to work in the USA

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field of study preferred
  • 3-5 years experience with e-commerce and direct customer engagement
  • 3-5 years experience conducting paid Facebook ad campaigns 
  • 3-5 years experience with both traditional and non-traditional marketing

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires desk work and long durations on the phone

Salary Description
$55,000 - $65,000 Base + Performance Bonuses
