OpenLoop is looking for an HR Assistant to join our hybrid team in Des Moines, IA. This role will be a member of the Human Resources Team, collaborating closely with the HR Manager.

About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Updating and maintaining employee records and working closely with the HR Manager to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assisting with audits.
• Assisting with the onboarding and off boarding processes.
• Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Supporting data entry and reporting tasks within the HRIS (Paylocity).
• Supporting the implementation and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assisting with HR inquiries and management of HR contact systems.
• Assisting with special HR projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources/People Operations required.
• Stellar time management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter and passionate about telehealth.
• Great interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and connect with others.
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality.
• Prior experience in telehealth, startups, or healthcare preferred.
