Trenam Law has an opening for an experienced Corporate Transactional Paralegal. This paralegal position supports all attorneys within business transactions. Assisting with corporate formations, transactions, securities, and M&A. Assist with transaction documentation and team correspondence, conduct lien searches, due diligence and prepare document summaries.

• Paralegals experienced working independently and in coordination with others on corporate and other transactional legal work will be given priority.
