The position is full time, 40 hours, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm. No evenings, no weekends, no holidays. The call center is located in Blue Ash, Ohio.


Job Duties:

  • Answer inbound phone calls from patients, physician offices, and hospitals
  • Schedule office appointments
  • Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance and other relevant information

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Medical call-center experience preferred
  • Ability to empathize with patients in need of care
  • Positive attitude
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adept at creative problem-solving
