Description
Position Description:
The Clinic Director is both a leader of people and a manager of processes. The Clinic Director:
- Reports to OSI's COO
- Generally, organizes time to provide 90% patient care and 10% clinic leadership/management responsibilities
- Provides leadership in support of OSI’s vision, mission, culture, and strategic initiatives including personnel development, employee engagement, team building, strategic planning, and action plans.
- Supports leadership learning and development of team members.
- Provides management in the areas of clinic operations, annual budgeting, appropriate staffing, financial/productivity analysis, problem-identification, problem-solving with peers and team, and planning.
- Ensures OSI patients are provided an effective and positive experience
- Creates and supports a safe and engaging work environment for team members.
- Lives and leads OSI's Mission of The Triple Aim+
Highlights of Responsibilities:
- Provides role model patient care
- Positively supports OSI direction and culture; decisions made by OSI Owners and Leadership Team; OSI Vision, Mission, and 'Why'
- Manages day to day operations of the clinic, including FTO/PTO request and timecard approvals
- Works with, supports, and hold accountable all team members
- Provides Annual Performance Evaluations, Bi-Annual Performance Development, and Periodic Check-Ins with each team member
- Serves as a mentor/coach for team members
- Analyzes, problem-identifies, and problem-solves around Balanced Scorecard expectations
- Is willing to have difficult conversations and make difficult decisions in pursuit of achieving balanced scorecard expectations, OSI's culture, The Triple Aim+, and a 'we over me' mindset
- Coordinates, organizes, and leads monthly clinic team meetings
- Participates in planning and budgeting
- Ensures clinic team achieves defined expectations by holding self and team accountable
- Serves on OSI's Leadership Team and contributes positively and proactively

Requirements
Highlights of Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school of physical therapy.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota.
- Willingness to support and participate in OSI Leadership Programs and Mentoring/Coaching/Training programs offered
- Previous leadership, management and training experience within an outpatient clinical setting preferred.
- General understanding and grasp of financial management reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Power Point; FOTO
- Demonstrates and has demonstrated responsibility, dependability, and trustworthiness
- Has been a positive leader in current and past roles
- Is a positive team player
