Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN
Location: Cynthiana, KY (Serves Harrison, Bourbon, Scott, and Nicholas Counties)
Schedule: PRN (as needed)

About the role:
The RN provides skilled professional nursing care to the patient/family/caregiver as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with regulations as established by the State Board of Registered Nursing, the patient, and the policies of Bluegrass Care Navigators. This position reports to the Nursing Supervisor/Nurse Manager/Exec Director of Home Care.
- Is a graduate of an accredited school of professional (registered) nursing.
- Is currently licensed as an RN through the State Board of Nursing.
- At least one-year general nursing experience is preferred with current hospice, home health, medical, surgical, or critical care experience.
- Must be proficient in starting intravenous lines, caring for PIC lines, and providing a variety of nursing interventions autonomously in a home care setting. Skilled in nursing practice, able to cope with family emotional stress and tolerant of individual lifestyles.
- Complies with accepted professional standards and principles.
- Employees will be expected to comply with Bluegrass Care Navigators Employee Health, infectious disease, and vaccination policies.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile in good working order, that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements, with personal auto liability insurance of $100,000/$300,000 in bodily injury coverage.
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
