Job Summary:

As our Media & Relationship Coordinator, you’ll report directly to the Brand Director and play a crucial role in orchestrating the vibrant calendar of a well-known real estate visionary. This role is a perfect blend of public relations and project management, where you’ll be at the forefront of creating opportunities and opening doors! From fostering dynamic collaborations on podcasts and YouTube, to managing high-level relationships, you'll help us make waves in the industry. Your days will be filled with high-energy tasks, direct interactions with high-profile individuals, and strategic planning that keeps us ahead of the curve.   • Actively maintain and cultivate relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and engagement through booking podcasts, events, stages, and YouTube collaborations.
  • Masterfully manage the visionary’s calendar, ensuring meticulous organization and scheduling that supports efficient time management and optimizes our visionary’s engagements, both internally and externally.
  • Efficiently coordinate and facilitate all arrangements for podcast and event bookings, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with our goals and standards.
  • Engage in high-level professional conversations across multiple platforms including in-person, over the phone, and via email to effectively represent our visionary and communicate key messages.
  • Demonstrate quick thinking and flexibility to pivot strategies as needed, addressing and resolving challenges swiftly and creatively. This includes managing unforeseen changes to event plans or campaign strategies.
  • Confidently make executive decisions, balancing openness to ideas with the ability to gently decline proposals when necessary. This requires a strong understanding of our strategic objectives and the ability to assess opportunities critically.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate campaign progress, event outcomes, and future strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and maintain a keen awareness of the media landscape to identify opportunities for partnerships and new avenues for promotion.
  • Develop and oversee timelines and schedules for various projects, ensuring that all team members are informed and deadlines are met.


  • Minimum of two years of experience working with influencers and high-profile professionals, with a demonstrated track record in public relations and event management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential. Must be proficient in engaging professionally across multiple platforms including in-person, phone, and email interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to tackle complex problems and generate effective solutions under pressure.
  • High level of organizational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities seamlessly.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, with a readiness to handle various tasks as needed.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role, including to events, meetings, and other professional engagements.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain and enhance professional relationships.
  • Confidence in making executive decisions, demonstrating leadership in managing both opportunities and challenges.
  • Proficient with modern technology and communication tools, including Google Suites, Slack, and social media platforms.
