This position is responsible for ensuring that all production lines are supplied with raw materials and maintaining the flow of all materials throughout the plant.
· Complete Fork Truck Inspections and Documentation.
· Review the Production Priority List and Work Order and provide each line with the correct material.
· Record all remaining Raw Materials, take them to the warehouse to reweigh them, and place them at the pallet rack.
· Empty dumpsters on every line.
· Band cardboard and load all packaging scrap onto the trailer.
· Remove Plop Boxes from extruder lines when full, ensuring they are correctly labeled and marked.
· Weigh Plop Boxes and report weight to the Operator and Warehouse.
· Make sure all documentation is completed and turned in at the end of the shift.
· Clean the fork truck and remove all debris, etc. at the end of the shift.
· Follow all safety rules and regulations for Niche Polymer.
· Be able to adapt to any company changes and requirements.
Must be able to work the 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm shift.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to write legibly.
• Ability to operate SAP scanning equipment.
EDUCATION:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving skills.
