Summary:

The Brand Marketing Manager will lead integrated marketing plans that build brand awareness, launch new products and deliver business results. The Brand Marketing Manager develops marketing plans, creative briefs and partners closely with Creative, Growth, Social, Influencer and Email teams to execute projects and campaigns from end to end. 


What You'll Do:

  • Champions our brand and products across everything we do ensuring all projects, creative and experiences ladder back to brand and product positioning, tone of voice and guidelines.
  • Leads the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for brand and products with the cross-functional marketing team across multiple channels, including web, social, email, PR, partnerships and performance.
  • Synthesizes marketing initiatives into a one-page strategic document and briefs cross-functional partners, ensuring strategy, real-time bidding, communications and channel plan is clear, actionable and measurable.
  • Drives demand for new product launches through marketing campaigns working in partnership with physical and digital product teams.
  • Maintains product features, benefits and claims documentation and guides cross-functional teams including marketing and customer service on articulating the products’ benefits to prospects customers.
  • Partners with consumer insights and legal teams to develop new product claims and guides their implementation in marketing efforts across channels ensuring the strongest claims are featured.
  • Tracks and analyzes the impact of marketing on brand metrics and adjusts strategies accordingly.
  • Manages marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize impact and achieve business goals within budgetary constraints.
  • Will perform additional responsibilities when required

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing (preferably with a DTC brand), with a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous, current or future cat owner
  • Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs)
