JOB SUMMARY  

Wholesale Sales Representative is responsible for creating a welcoming sales environment at our wholesale location by navigating and curating an end-to-end sales process.  


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

  • Works with customer to determine best flooring solutions for their needs 
  • Gathers insight from customer while sharing flooring expertise 
  • Assists customers in navigating the product selection process 
  • Provides quoting and estimates to potential clients 
  • Performs onsite measurements to finalize quote prior to purchase (if blueprint isn’t available) 
  • Ensures smooth and timely installation process by follow up with internal and external parties 
  • Supports clients through the purchasing process 
  • Creates an atmosphere and sales relationships to develop loyal and return customers 
  • Follows up on post sale satisfaction and process 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws.  Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required 
  • 2+ years sales experience preferred 
  • Flooring experience preferred
