Spark Learning improves life for children of all ages with autism, Asperger’s, ADHD, PDD, and other special needs by providing ABA therapy through natural and personalized treatment programs. We offer individual and group services at our center, in-home, in-school, and in the community, and a variety of structured therapy programs designed to meet the needs of the children we serve.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience providing therapist supervision as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA
- Experience with supervisions, assessments, treatment planning, and parent training
- Passionate about children and impacting their lives
- Able to make decisions and problem solve independently
- Understand the importance of excellent communication with therapists, parents, and caregivers
- Have a positive energy and views challenges as opportunities
- Looking for a team and company to grow with as a behavioral health professional
- Available at least 20 hours/week
The Role:
- BCBA, mostly at our center but also the community and in-home as needed
- Develop, implement and maintain treatment plans
- Conduct supervisions and train therapists/parents/caregivers
- Provide leadership and coaching on ABA strategies to our dedicated therapists
- Conduct assessments (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, Functional Assessments, etc.)
- Analyze progress data and modify treatment plans as needed
- Provide ABA therapy in one-on-one and group settings, center based, in-home, and community
- Track client progress through data collection
- Collaborate with schools, providers, and caregivers
- Provide excellent communication with the team and parents
- Participate and contribute to in-service training and staff meetings

Required Qualifications:
- Physically able to play on the floor with children, while providing therapy (sit, stand, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs)
- Able to use computers and tablets for extended periods of time
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check and drug screening
- BCBA certification in good standing
