ENCON is seeking a talented HVAC Residential Install Crew Leader - Must have current Connecticut trade license.

Job Responsibilities: 

•  Coordinate with teams and contractors to plan and complete HVAC projects on time.
• Read blueprints, apply SMACNA standards, and lead crews on-site.
• Manage materials and scheduling to support efficient project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Licensed HVAC residential installer with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently or in a team.
• Proven decision-maker with excellent attendance and a proactive approach.

Eligibility Requirements

• Employment/education will be verified.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Encon is a drug free workplace and requires post-offer pre-employment drug testing.
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.

• Able to work in a variety of extreme weather, hot and cold conditions.
• Able to work safely in confined spaces such as attics, basements, closets, and crawl spaces.
• Able to work safely at elevated heights such as rooftops, ceilings, and ladders.
• Able to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach.
• Able to walk on uneven surfaces.
• Able to work off a ladder, sometimes at heights.
• Able to safely lift 50 pounds.
