The Online Discipleship Associate provides a supporting role in growing and maintaining the online Christian discipleship program, Harvest Discipleship. He/She accomplishes this by executing engagement strategies, growing member participation, and coordinating and resourcing leaders and volunteers within Harvest Discipleship. The Online Discipleship Associate also ensures deep consistency with Harvest’s mission, vision, values, brand, and public reputation. The Online Discipleship Associate reports directly to the Director of Marketing. He/She serves with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of Harvest Christian Fellowship.

• Support the recruiting, training, and equipping of the Harvest Online Discipleship Leaders.
• Focus on reporting and user experience of the Harvest Discipleship community and consistently monitor for ways to improve.
• Execute and maintain optimal frequency of posting activity within the community platform. 
• Triage and escalate concerns, recommendations, and pastoral issues to appropriate Harvest Discipleship leadership. 
• Help plan and execute major group launches periodically.
• Maintain growth and automation between community software (Mighty Networks) and CRM (HubSpot).
• Attend and actively participate in regular Harvest Discipleship meetings and take appropriate actions with projects.  
• Invest in the platform to brainstorm ways to surprise and delight the discipleship community.

• Salary Range:  $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
