Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Research Engineer to join our innovative Research and Development team. As an AI Research Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting research, designing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the research team to understand project goals and objectives, as well as working with engineering and product teams to integrate AI technologies into our products. You will leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence to develop novel algorithms, models, and techniques that push the boundaries of what is possible in AI-driven applications.

Essential Functions of the Job 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the research team to define research objectives and develop AI solutions to address complex problems.
• Design and implement novel algorithms, models, and techniques for various AI tasks such as computer vision, natural language processing, and machine learning.
• Conduct experiments and evaluations to assess the performance of AI models and algorithms, iterating on designs to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and technologies, incorporating new findings into projects as appropriate.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members on AI-related projects, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Contribute to research publications, patents, and intellectual property development to advance the field of artificial intelligence and enhance the company's reputation as a leader in AI innovation.

• Degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
• Strong background in AI research with hands-on experience in developing AI models and algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to approach complex problems creatively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Demonstrated track record of innovation and research contributions in the field of artificial intelligence, evidenced by publications, patents, or project outcomes
