Ronaldo is looking for an excited and enthusiastic direct support professional to help him participate in activities that he enjoys. Some of Ronaldo's favorite pastimes include: swimming, playing basketball, exercising, bowling, watching movies, and reading magazines. Although Ronaldo enjoys knowing that he has some support, he likes to do things independently and enjoys alone time with supervision. 

As a DSP with Ronaldo, you will:

• Help to create a meaningful day with Ronaldo.
• Assist Ronaldo remain 'on task' when working toward daily goals.
• Encourage and facilitate Ronaldo’s participation in his preferred activities in a supportive and respectful manner.
• Implement Ronaldo’s behavior support plan to manage and support his needs effectively.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Person Centered Plan (PCP).
• Ensure a safe and engaging environment for Ronaldo to thrive in his daily activities.

Direct Support Professional Pay Scale: $20.25-$20.93

Direct Support Professional Job Type: Full-time (35 hours/week). Full-time benefits included.

Direct Support Professional Shift Type: Day-Shift. Community-Based role. Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm

A Direct Support Professional with Ronaldo:

• Must be passionate about people!
• Must be at least 18 years old 
• Valid driver's license; NOT provisional 
• Has strength in following a structured behavior support plan.
• is able/willing to transport people in personal and/or company vehicle 
• Has computer skills 
• Is experienced in working with individuals with similar support needs (preferred).
