Safety Serve, a leading provider of online safety training courses to companies, government agencies, insurance companies and other organizations is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the face of our company, a positive attitude and great communication skills are a must for this position.
The day-to-day duties and responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and live chat regarding product information, account and order inquiries, and general customer questions.
- Resolve any issues in a timely manner and provide a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with our IT team to help troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Keep record of customer interactions in database
- Assist with placement of orders and refunds.
- Review and test new online training programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School Diploma Required
- Associate degree Preferred.
Knowledge & skills:
- Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and aptitude; familiar with browsers, operating systems, and troubleshooting basic hardware problems.
- Familiar with Customer Relationship Management systems and practices
- Proven customer support experience required; call center experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Spanish language skills a plus
