Position Summary

We are looking for a Flooring Estimator to join our incredible team, ensuring completion of duties including but not limited to:

·  Provide cost quotes for material and installation of flooring and wall tile materials

·  Understanding blueprints, builder specifications, material specifications, installation methods, etc.

· Creating flooring, wall tile, and countertop quantities from select Estimating programs

· Identifying and managing project risks or issues. 

· Providing project status updates and reports to senior management. 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· Knowledge of Flooring Quantity Metrics and Applications.

· Microsoft/Outlook Operations Understanding

· Possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

· Capable of thinking critically and acting with integrity.

· Ability to plan and execute duties independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Detail-oriented for accurate data entry.

· Time management to multi-task and meet deadlines. 

· Clearly and professionally communicate both verbally and electronically.

Physical Demands and Work Environment 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be working with other team members in an indoor office setting at a computer, walking construction job sites and may have occasional exposure to outdoor environments in the warehouse. This position is for a Monday through Friday schedule, generally working an 8-hour shift in person, though occasional flexibility and weekend work may be required. Remote capabilities may be available based on experience and completed training.
