Position Summary

We are looking for a Field Manager to join our incredible team, ensuring completion of duties including but not limited to:

· Organize and maintain quality control during field installation for flooring, wall tile, and countertops.  

· Manage labor to provide jobsite readiness and verify proper materials/tools are allocated.

· Communicate clearly with internal management to execute product installation correctly and on time.

· Communicate clearly with builder clientele to manage and execute with proper expectations.

· Maintaining proper jobsite safety etiquette.

· Identifying and managing project risks or issues. 

· Providing project status updates and reports to senior management. 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· Microsoft/Outlook operability

· Flooring installation or management experience.

· Capable of independent driving to and from subdivisions on a daily basis.

· Possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

· Capable of thinking critically and acting with integrity.

· Ability to plan and execute duties independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Detail-oriented for accurate data entry.

· Time management to multi-task and meet deadlines. 

· Clearly and professionally communicate both verbally and electronically.

Physical Demands and Work Environment 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be working in an outdoor environment at a construction site, required to drive a vehicle, may be with other team members in an indoor office setting at a computer and may have exposure to the warehouse. This position is for a Monday through Friday schedule, generally working an 8-hour shift in person but occasional flexibility may be required to meet business demands.
