TAPROOM STAFF: POSITION OUTCOMES

· Teamwork, Leadership, & Communication

o Add value to the team each time you are on a shift.

o Pick up in areas where other teammates need help.

o Be always mentally and physically present while clocked in

o Lead by example by performing all duties the correct way every time, even when no one is watching.

o Communicate with other members of the team if you leave your post, if you need help, or if you are doing anything not explicitly stated in your role.

o Always communicate politely and respectfully.

· Taproom and CCBC Education

o Engage with all educational resources.

o Engage with all customers you come into contact within a positive way to add to educate and excite.

o Become a Cicerone Certified Server within 3 months of acquiring the position. The necessary training and cost of the exam are provided for by CCBC.

· Customer Experience: Customer Service & Attitude

o Be kind, authentic, and professional while interacting with customers.

o Go above and beyond to make each customer's visit memorable and positive.

o Maintain a positive attitude while giving excellent customer service to every customer you meet.

o Contribute constructive feedback in a positive way.

o Maintain a positive attitude while on the clock and on brewery property.

Requirements

 

TAPROOM STAFF: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. 

· Ability to work in an unfatigued state. 

· Ability to accurately gauge lengths of time and distance 

· Ability to quickly store and recall instructions in one’s short-term memory. 

· Ability to concentrate. 

· Ability to cope with sudden changes in surrounding and/or emergency situations and/or alarms. 

· Demonstrated caring, committed and concerned attitude about safety. 

· Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours, maintaining a rigorous pace of activity, including walking the equivalent of ~8-10 miles on a shift

· The ability to lift an object that weights within the range of 20-80 pounds.
