The Senior Accounts Manager, Enterprise is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and  nurturing key relationships with direct advertisers to provide acquisition solutions through a suite of products. As a Senior Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of clients’ campaigns and be accountable for campaign performance analysis, billing, budgeting, forecasting, and more.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and manage client relationships, and provide strategic client plans that grows clients' services, promotes client retention, and promotes loyalty
  • This individual possesses high level inside sales experience and is experience in managing name brands and enterprise accounts
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters
  • Forecast and track key account and division metrics to ensure growth and sustainability
  • Collaborate with internal team members to drive results for the client, identify risks and opportunities for growth
  • Be innovative and follow industry trends to stay on the cutting edge

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide detailed daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) against budget goals.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret performance data to optimize advertiser campaigns

Strategic Meetings and Presentations:

  • Coordinate and manage all scheduled client meetings, ensuring they are productive and aligned with client goals.
  • Understand partner objectives and perform all required analyses to recommend campaign optimizations to internal team members and directly to partners
  • Ensure stakeholders are kept informed of client and vertical progress

Additional Duties:

  • Contribute to various tasks and activities as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Provide support for all new product initiatives and recommend new platform features based on advertiser feedback and internal requirements

Qualifications:


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an Account Management role, with a focus on direct response marketing or digital media planning
  • 2+ years of hands-on digital media experience, either as a marketer or within an agency setting.
  • Experience in the Health Insurance vertical is a plus

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining team collaboration and alignment with overall company goals.
  • Self-driven, highly collaborative, competitive, and results-oriented.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience as an effective liaison with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, able to articulate, aggregate and deliver on key milestones effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment and perform well in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing channels such as Paid Media, & SEO

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Account Management tools and platforms
  • Experience with direct response marketing techniques and non-profit sector dynamics is highly desirable.
  • A plus if you have experience with data visualization software such as Tableau

Sales Experience:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of driving revenue growth through frequent and effective customer interactions.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The anticipated annual salary range for individuals interested in this position is ( $65k - $90k) annually. Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on work experience, education and/or skill levels.
