This Full Time position, located at our Highland Square location (zip code 44303), supports the Market Kitchen Deli Team Leader in the daily operations of the Market Kitchen Deli. We feature a deli case with a variety of main dish, side dish, and salad options as well as rotisserie chicken, a full Salad Bar, a grab 'n go refrigerated section and a self service Bakery case.

We are looking for a team member with strong brand representation, a teamwork oriented approach to the job and an individual whom derives satisfaction from excellence in service and in product management.

Skills and previous work experience in the following areas are needed: :

1. Previous food service job experience

2. Customer Service skills

3. Leadership/supervisory job experience

4. Knowledge and practice of Food Safety and Sanitation protocols

5. Open Scheduling availability (this position is a 5 day a week position)
