Description
Multi-State Collection Law Firm has immediate openings for experienced First or Third party Account Representatives. Knowledge of the Legal Collections process is a plus.
For consideration all candidates must successfully complete all pre-employment requirements including: drug test, pre-employment background, fingerprinting and prior employment verifications.
Requirements
Requirements/Qualified Candidates
- Minimum 2 year of Customer Service or Collection preferred. Experience (preferred experience in a highly regulated Compliance environment)
- Solid knowledge of FDCPA, UDAAP, FCRA, SCRA, GLBA
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills; Verbal & Written
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Ability to pass all firm & regulatory testing at hire, semi-annually & annually
Physical Demands And Work Environment
- Call Center Environment
- Sit for prolonged periods of time
- Type on a computer key board to retrieve and input data
- Speak on the telephone for prolonged periods of time
Signing Bonus
$500.00 sign-on bonus after 90 days of active employment for employees in good standing, including attendance, performance, call quality.
