Description

We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our Quotations team! 

  

About the Role 


The Bid Coordinator supports quote package development by accessing or entering information in the Oasis software database to expedite our quoting process. The ideal candidate will: 

  • Prepare bid documentation and researching as needed to fulfill info on incomplete documents. 
  • Assign incoming bid requests to the appropriate Quotation Analyst. 
  • Maintain the online bid board with accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Assist with job submittal organization.
  • Produce reports as requested or required. 
  • Perform with a sense of urgency when needed and professionally communicate with all parties. 
  • Review data for errors or missing entries, and other administrative tasks to assist the department.

Where & How You’ll Work 


In this hybrid role, you can expect a combination of days spent working remotely from home and in the Baltimore office.

Requirements

Technically Speaking, You Have 

  • A high school diploma or equivalent 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs 
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize simultaneous assignments with accuracy and efficiency

Bonus Points for Having 

  • 2 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative duties
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as Oasis


Compensation
 

The information below reflects the anticipated initial base rate/salary range. Should an employment offer be extended, the compensation offered will account for several factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, education, certifications, etc. Depending on an individual's job-relevant qualifications, the range may be exceeded. 


Bid Coordinator: $20 - $25 per hour
