We are seeking self-motivated and competitive individuals to join our dynamic call-center team as Home Remodeling Advisors. In this role, you will focus on making proactive outbound calls to potential customers, playing a crucial part in setting up free in-home consultations and driving our sales efforts. Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers and leads, both warm and cold, using an automated dialer system to set appointments for the sales team.
  • Inbound & Outbound Call Management: Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with all leads and customers in the pipeline daily.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input all required information into the CRM system in a comprehensible manner.
  • Customer Engagement: Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going above and beyond in service delivery.
  • Performance Goals: Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative performance metrics.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product descriptions and participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge.
  • Communication Tools: Use all communication platforms currently utilized by the company, as applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of call center or strong customer service-related background.
  • Technology Skills: Ability to type 40 words per minute and have a foundational understanding of how to navigate computers and software applications. 
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills.
