JOB SUMMARY
Currently seeking an individual to process receiving and input of invoices for our cabinet division. This role will coordinate with our New Home Construction division in all aspects. Will assist Cabinet Division Manager in all aspects related to Cabinet Division when needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Data entry of new and existing orders
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails
- Communicate with internal and external customers to keep them up to date with orders
- Process invoicing and manage invoicing corrections
- Reconcile invoices and verify receiving ticket quantities
- Resolve disconnects between purchase orders and accounts payable
- Engage vendors and suppliers when necessary
- Evaluate and troubleshoot concerns with other departments
- Troubleshoot vendor pricing discrepancies
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and overall success of the Cabinet Division

- High School Diploma / GED required
- Punctual, dependable and reliable

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- MS Office, namely Excel and Word
