Description

As the Leasing Account Executive of our properties, you work directly for the Owner and are responsible for showing available office space, crafting lease proposals, closing new tenants, and managing, renewing, and expanding current tenant leasing needs. This is a fast-paced job where connecting with tenants, knowledge of our available space, and floor planning is paramount.


It is imparative that the idea candidate will reachout to corparate neighbors, skilled in generating business and have a strong interest as an account executive with a background and business development abilities. 

 

The ideal candidate has a history of success in Commercial Leasing Sales + works well unsupervised + is goal and money motivated. THIS IS NOT A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT POSITION.

Requirements

History of success in sales/leasing

Computer skills, including email and video conferencing

Must be organized, detail-oriented and results-driven

Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

Must build rapport quickly

Must possess good time management, scheduling, and calendar management skills

salaried position: up to $130,000.00 includes bonuses when individual goals are achieved.

Hours are Monday through Friday with no weekends.


Responsibilities include:

Promptly follow up on leads delivered from the Corporate Marketing Department to schedule showings and secure leases.
