What You'll Do 

• Data Detective: Collect and record historical financial data to uncover trends and insights. 
• Database Guru: Manage and maintain our financial records database. 
• Report Rockstar: Create and update financial analysis reports and models that drive decision-making. 
• KPI Captain: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives to keep us on track. 
• Team Collaborator: Work closely with accounting and operations teams to ensure financial harmony. 
• Forecast Wizard: Use predictive, driver-based, and multi-scenario planning to create accurate financial forecasts. 
• Library Keeper: Keep our financial records library and data store organized and up-to-date. 
• Accuracy Advocate: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. 
• Culture Champion: Promote ethics, integrity, and good governance across the organization. 
• Support Specialist: Provide technical support to department heads as needed. 
• Budget Buddy: Assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial modeling. 
• Variance Investigator: Prepare variance analyses, risk/opportunity assessments, and ad hoc reports. 
• Project Pioneer: Participate in corporate projects that impact the entire organization. 
• Trend Tracker: Identify and research variances in forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses. 

What You'll Bring 

• Experienced: Minimum 1 year of experience.  
• Accounting Ace: Strong knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred. 
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis preferred. 
• Industry Insight: Experience in the construction or field service industry is a plus. 
• Strategic Mindset: Strategic planning and implementation experience is a plus. 
• Tech Skills: Strong background in systems, databases, and information technology. 
• ERP Experience: Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is beneficial.

Salary Range 

$60,000-80,000 DOE
