Job Responsibilities HVAC Replacements Installation Technician

· Work on installation of HVAC systems in large residential homes and very light commercial facilities

· Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals.

· Understand the layout of duct work systems and equipment; read blueprints.

· Understand and install/work on replacement HVAC systems.

· Attend team meetings as needed.

Required Skills & Experience HVAC Replacements Installation Technician

· Must have current Connecticut D or S trade license.

· Detailed-oriented team player

· Critical thinking skills and good decision-making ability.

Eligibility Requirements HVAC Replacements Installation Technician

· Employment/education will be verified.

· This position requires a valid driver’s license.

· Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

· Encon is a drug free workplace and requires post-offer pre-employment drug testing.

· Excellent attendance is an essential function.

Physical Requirements HVAC Replacements Installation Technician

· Able to work in a variety of extreme weather, hot and cold conditions.

· Able to work safely in confined spaces such as attics, basements, closets, and crawl spaces.

· Able to work safely at elevated heights such as rooftops, ceilings, and ladders.

· Able to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach.

· Able to walk on uneven surfaces.

· Able to work off a ladder, sometimes at heights.

· Able to safely lift 50 pounds.
