The Client Services Specialist is responsible for preparing and placing new orders, as well as examining and preparing results for distribution. This requires ongoing interaction with internal and external customers while ensuring consistent communication and a superior level of service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promptly answer client inquiries regarding service questions, billing inquiries, general concerns
  • Efficiently manage workflow and detailed reporting to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide unparalleled quality customer service by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of client needs, FCS product lines and various Secretary of State and County regulations regarding UCC statutes
  • Examine all data sources to ensure only the highest quality, most accurate resources are used to complete service requests
Requirements

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

  • High School Diploma or greater
  • Some college or bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred

EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES

  • At least two years of customer service experience in any capacity
  • Experience working in a deadline driven environment with concentration on quality
  • Demonstrated ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a positive and effective manner
  • Experience in risk management, compliance, UCC, public records, finance or legal industry preferred
  • High competence in computer applications including full Microsoft Suite and internet searching
  • Competent in Adobe Acrobat and a paperless work environment
  • Type at least 65 WPM with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
  • Ability to read and comprehend the Uniform Corporations Code
  • Capable of successfully collaborating with peers and management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadline-driven assignments
  • Strong communication skills with reading, writing, speaking and command of the English language
