E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a S3 Current OPS Operations Analyst to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA in support of the 1st Information Operations Command. 1st Information Operations Command provides relevant information support to the U.S. Army and all Military Forces around the world to synchronize information capabilities and prepare forces to resist adversary information warfare while providing specialized IO training to enable Army and Joint forces to achieve information advantage.

  

Job Responsibilities:

· Provides substantive review of analytic content, verifying information and ensuring suitability for publication.

· Determines product suitability for intended media and audience, edits for clear and cogent presentation of the subject matter.

· Identifies errors of fact, factual inconsistencies, and contradictions; verifies accuracy of statements, figures, illustrations, and subject matter terms; compares illustrations, photographs, tables, and charts to ensure continuity and consistency with text; and checks citations against original sources to verify their use.

· Edits for adherence to analytic tradecraft standards of ICD 200-series.

· Prepare reports

· Provide work coverage schedules

· Ensure tracking of current operations and personnel

· Maintain and execute all internal and external operational requirements

· Responsible for quality control  

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: 

· Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, OR 7+ years of relevant experience.

· Experience with Army Current Operations or Plans, including Future Operations or deliberate planning.

· Experience with tracking data calls and staff actions

· Must be a U.S. Citizen.

· Must have and be capable of obtaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.


Preferred Qualifications: 

· Experience in Electronic Warfare (EW), Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), Civil-Military Operations, Civil Affairs, Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Cyberspace Operations, or Public Affairs

· Graduate of Army Information Operations Planners Course (AIOPC)

· Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.

· Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
