Crown Distributors, a leading distributor in the region, is searching for a qualified Delivery Supervisor to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe delivery of customer beverage orders.

What you'll do:

• Lead & Develop: Motivate, train, and evaluate delivery personnel, fostering a high-performing team.
• Optimize Operations: Utilize routing software to create efficient daily routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Enforce quality standards and train on proper procedures and regulations.
• Cultivate Customer Satisfaction: Track performance, address concerns, and collaborate to improve customer experience.
• Lead by Example: Prioritize safety, troubleshoot delivery challenges, and fill in for absent drivers when needed.
• Foster Communication: Maintain clear communication across all departments for seamless operations.

• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.

• Physically fit with the ability to handle moderate lifting (up to 160 lb keg).
