Position Overview:
Are you ready to take the reins of our dynamic social media presence and drive engagement with high-profile professionals in the real estate industry? At New Reach Education, we’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If you have a knack for creating compelling content and a passion for social media trends, this role is perfect for you!

Position Expectations:

  • Create, edit, and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with our brand and goals.
  • Research current trends to keep our social media channels fresh and relevant.
  • Manage and grow our online community, ensuring positive and active engagement.
  • Build and optimize automations for our social media channels.
  • Direct messaging and community management to foster relationships and drive engagement.
  • Use scheduling platforms, such as Sprout Social, to schedule and organize content across all platforms.
  • Report to the Director of Social Media, providing updates on content performance and strategy effectiveness.
  • Measure performance based on content quality, engagement metrics, and lead/sales generation.

Position Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in video editing using platforms such as Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools, preferably Sprout Social.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies and create content that drives engagement and achieves business goals.
  • Excellent research skills to stay updated with social media trends and market insights.
  • Strong communication skills for effective direct messaging and community engagement.
  • Technical skills to build and manage social media automations.
