Job Summary 

The International Outreach Representative plays a pivotal role in the recruitment of international students for Westcliff University. This position focuses on managing and supporting educational consultants worldwide who promote and recruit students to the university. The role involves extensive communication, relationship management, and strategic support to ensure effective recruitment efforts and enhance the university’s global presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for educational consultants promoting Westcliff University in designated regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational consultants to facilitate effective student recruitment.
  • Provide training and support to educational consultants on university programs, admissions criteria, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Assist educational consultants in resolving inquiries related to admissions, scholarships, and other university services.
  • Monitor and evaluate recruitment activities and provide regular reports to the Director of International Outreach.
  • Participate in international recruitment events, fairs, and exhibitions to promote Westcliff University.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify recruitment opportunities and challenges in assigned regions.
  • Stay updated on trends and developments in international education and student recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Data processing and reporting skills.
  • Strong follow up, organization skills, exceptional time-management, and problem solving.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and goal-driven.
  • Proficiency in Google Suites and CRM software.
  • Flexible hours to accommodate international time differences.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel locally or internationally as required.
  • Associate's degree equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
