Position Summary

As a Retail Manager at Agility Insurance Services, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our retail presence through strategic partnerships with our agent and agency partners and impeccable execution of our retail strategy. This position involves identifying potential retail partners, negotiating agreements, overseeing operational aspects of our insurance product kiosks and tables, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.


Requirements

 Role Responsibilities

  • Partnership Negotiation: Identify and negotiate with potential retail partners to host our insurance product kiosks and tables. Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and compliance teams to ensure all agreements meet regulatory standards and align with company policies.
  • Operational Management: Manage the setup, staffing, and day-to-day operations of our retail kiosks and tables. Ensure they are adequately equipped and staffed by knowledgeable and independent agents to offer our insurance products effectively.
  • Agent Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and manage independent agents at retail locations. Ensure consistent coverage and adherence to our sales protocols and standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct secret shopper visits and regular audits to evaluate the customer experience, compliance with sales practices, and presentation standards at retail locations. Utilize findings to drive continuous improvement and training for agents.
  • Travel and Oversight: This position requires travel to oversee retail locations, resolve operational challenges, and strengthen relationships with retail partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as an agency representative or carrier representative, preferably with experience in hosting or managing kiosks and tables within larger retail environments.
  • Strong negotiation and partnership development skills.
  • Proven ability to manage operational aspects of retail outlets, including staffing and day-to-day management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate a diverse team.
  • Ability to travel as required by the role.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is required.

Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year (depending on experience.)
