Import/Export & Logistics Coordinator

The Import/Export & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all incoming NK inventory arrives on time and efficiently. The Import/Export & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound logistics processes. This role involves coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing transportation processes. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Import/Export & Logistics Coordinator will optimize and complete third-party inventory shipments and provide regular support to the warehouse team. 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Coordinate and document freight imports, completing appropriate documentation for records.

· Coordinate cargo availability and arrange pickup and delivery. 

· Regularly obtain freight shipping quotes from carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL and Omni Logistics.

· Assist and/or complete FBA Canada, Wayfair and Zonos inventory shipments.

· Provide support for printing, posting and updating daily inventory in SAGE.

· Provide support for FBA return process. 

· Use forklift to retrieve and place inventory throughout warehouse when necessary.

Education and Experience

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum 2 years warehouse experience, with preferred experience in logistics, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, inventory management and warehouse operations.

· Experience with inventory management software, preferably Sage.

· Experience with freight forwarding and proficient in shipping software. 

· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. 

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Climate-controlled indoor warehouse. May be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, climb or balance. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 

Work Location & Hours

This position will work in NK’s distribution facility located in Chandler, AZ. The team works Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.


Most training is on-the-job but formal education and training may be provided where appropriate.

Travel / Work location

100% in NK’s distribution facility located in Chandler, AZ. Reliable transportation required.

Pay Rate

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour. Pay rate commensurate with qualifications and experience as well as company size. Annual bonus based on company and individual performance ranges averages 2% to 4% of compensation.
