IT Technician

 The IT Technician is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support across the organization. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring new systems, and assisting with day-to-day IT operations. 

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, tablets, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
  • Provide technical support across the company (in person or over the phone).
  • Set up accounts for new users.
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
  • Test new technology and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with third-party support and PC equipment vendors.
  • Help set up new software platforms and provide ongoing support.
  • Other duties as assigned. 
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to provide hands-on support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
