The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct thorough and accurate field surveys of commercial roofing projects, ensuring all specifications and quality standards are met.

- Complete High Quality Field Estimates (Roof Surveys) for Reroof Opportunities
- Perform detailed on-site surveys of commercial roofing systems, documenting current conditions and identifying any areas of concern
- Work with Company Production Department to achieve company revenue, expense and profit goals
- Work with Company Reroof Sales team to schedule surveys and provide an excellent customer experience
- Data Collection-Gather and record precise measurements, photographs, and notes regarding roofing materials, dimensions, and conditions.
- Upload all required photos and documentation into company CRM (Dataforma) and roof assessment software.
- Perform accurate roof inspection/assessment field walks of customer’s buildings.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, lifting over 50lbs., and navigate roofing surfaces safely.
Working Conditions
Environment: Primarily outdoor work, often in varying weather conditions.
Travel: Frequent travel to different job sites is required.
Hours: Full-time position with potential for overtime based on project demands
Measurement of Performance:
- Meet or exceed RRCI field estimate goals for quality, accuracy, and quantity
- Follow RRCI policies, processes and disciplines (Co. manuals)
- Effectively maintain good customer relationships by providing excellent service customers.
