Position Overview

Urgo Medical North America (UMNA) is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Brand Growth Manager for our Compression portfolio, UrgoK2. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to shape the Compression market. The successful candidate will combine marketing expertise, data analysis, customer insights and product knowledge to drive sales growth, market share, and enable the Sales Account Managers. This role emphasizes collaboration with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize results in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand UMNA’s footprint in the Compression market, leveraging a combination of marketing, data analysis, customer insights and product knowledge.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Support the sales team by providing marketing materials, training, and strategic guidance to help them achieve their targets.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with sales objectives and priorities. 
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track, measure, and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Select and lead the Brand Team yearly with the sales leadership. 
  • Support the development of medical education for webinars, symposia, and other related platforms in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
  • Supports Medical Affairs and global counterparts with research initiatives and clinical data.
  • Communicates, identifies, and collaborates with KOLs that support the brand vision.
  • Foster UMNA’s culture of Winning Mindset, Learning Organization, and Engaging teams to drive excellence.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Collaborates with global counterparts on various initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field.
  • 4+ years of a proven track record in brand management, marketing strategy, sales or related roles within the healthcare industry, preferably in wound care or medical devices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs and other relevant software applications.


Work Environment

  • Indoors, in an office environment, with temperature control.
  • No adverse environmental conditions expected.
  • Overnight domestic travel required (roughly 50%), including potential international travel.


Physical Demands

  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Salary Description
$125,000 - $135,000 Base Salary
