Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Utilize your skills in operating digital equipment to produce high-quality prints, ensuring precision and adherence to job specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, especially in color matching, and promptly address any discrepancies or defects to maintain our standards of excellence.
• Technical Proficiency: Rip art files for printing, perform routine maintenance, setup, printing, and equipment breakdowns as needed. Experience in Efi Fabrivu 340 (Dye Sub), GS 3250 (Roll to Roll), and/ or Monte (Sublimation) machines.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with finishing, fabrication, and packing processes to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products.
• Problem Solving: Utilize root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues, collaborating effectively with service providers when necessary.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively engage in departmental meetings and leverage available tools to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Press Operator, with proficiency in digital printing equipment and color management (CMYK, RGB, etc.).
• Technical Skills: Ability to rip art files, perform basic maintenance, and diagnose machine problems to maintain uninterrupted production.
• Physical Ability: Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing tasks that involve walking and occasional climbing of stairs.
