Job Description:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) you will work to unlock a wonderful new world for children with autism. From helping one child say their first word, to supporting motor skills and behavior redirection for another, each day brings moments to celebrate. This is an opportunity to take your practice into an interdisciplinary, center-based atmosphere with access to a range of environments to work on sensory processing and daily living. BCBAs will provide clinical supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and Supervision Students. You will be responsible for each client’s clinical progress, working as a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and educate team members to reach high level outcomes. As a leader in the Alphabet Soup ABA family, you will use positivity, creativity, and talent to create specialized treatment packages and behavior intervention plans to help each child reach their highest level of independence and quality of living. BCBAs are responsible for timely submission of initial and ongoing treatment plans, program updates, clinical notes, ongoing data review and client-staff specific training. Each BCBA will receive a stipend for professional development and training in specialty areas within the field of ABA.
Qualification Requirements:
- Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- 1st Aid/CPR – Will need to provide documentation if previously obtained
- Crisis Management (Safety Care Training) – Will need to provide documentation if previously obtainedValid driver's license.
- Must provide a full Indiana State Police Criminal Background Check.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Early Intervention for children 15 months to 14 years old.
- Experience leading/supporting other staff members.
- Proficiency with parent coaching.
