The Role: Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist, you'll be the trusted guide in our customers' car-buying journey.


What You'll Do

  • Build genuine relationships and create a welcoming, stress-free experience
  • Help customers find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget
  • Clearly explain vehicle features and financing options using strong communication skills
  • Follow up after the sale to ensure an exceptional experience and long-term customer loyalty
  • Seamlessly transition customers into our Service Department to support them long after the sale

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior sales experience, retail preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
