Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for achieving distribution and sales objectives in assigned company accounts. Directs the sales activities, training and productivity of assigned sales representatives.
  • Oversees the sales performance of all company products in assigned retail licensed accounts, while maintaining quality standards and reaching sales goals.
  • Motivate, train, and develop their sales representatives to our standards. Develop and maintain sound retail relations by establishing a sales call program to ensure maximum sales and achievement of set goals and objectives in key accounts as well as establishing a periodic sales call program for all assigned accounts.
  • Ensure that all company products are represented at retail in line with Supplier Standards. Initiate and execute marketing concepts for all company brands and stress point-of-sale placements, proper shelf position, maximum display execution and price and ad feature activity with assigned sales reps.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our draft beer is the best tasting draft beer in the market. This position will clean and maintain draft lines and equipment in their assigned accounts. This position will develop and maintain good relationships with our retailers and maintain up to date cleaning information through our Line Cleaning Survey Process.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • 2+ years of experience in the beer/beverage industry or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the beer industry and market trends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
