Operations Specialist

Celona is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our test lab, shipping and receiving, and office facilities. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.  

This role is required to be in our Campbell, CA headquarters 5 days per week.  

Key Responsibilities  

• Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, allocate inventory to fulfill orders, and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand. Maintain inventory of devices (Smartphones, CPEs, Laptops, Tablets, etc) and track physical custody of devices.   
• Execute product upgrades. 
• Responsible for executing RMA inspection process. 
• Handle physical shipments delivered to the office.  
• Flexibility to perform various tasks in startup environment 

Desired Skills and Experience  

• Experience with enterprise networking products such as routers, switches, firewalls configurations  
• Experience in wireless technology (Cellular or WiFi) a huge plus  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail  
• Experience working in fast paced startup environment 
• Must be able to lift 35lbs as needed 
• This role is required to be in-office full time 5 days per week.  

Compensation for this role is between $65,000 - $75,000 depending on job-related skills and experience. At Celona full-time employees are eligible to receive stock options and company sponsored benefits.
