This individual will be responsible for document creation for our customers. As well as miscellaneous responsibilities supporting KLC Financial in varying departments, capacities as required and directed.
Responsibilities
- Entering application data into Salesforce.
- Pulling specific reports for new contracts.
- Working with the sales support team to gather missing items.
- Preparing and sending customer closing documents
- Review executed document packages.
- Auditing files for accuracy and completion.
- Other duties that may be requested/assigned from time-to-time.
Skills/Experience/Education
- High school diploma required or equivalency (GED); bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Outstanding research and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in stressful, high-pressure situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required; must be able to communicate and interact effectively with both internal and external clients at all levels.
- Good judgment skills and initiative.
- Strong critical thinking and ability to maintain a professional demeanor in tight deadline situations.
- Self-Starter. Must have the ability to independently handle a large and diverse number of tasks, and issues with urgency, tact, and persistence with minimal supervision.
Essential Mental & Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions.
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required.
- Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 15 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division any “undue hardship” then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.
