Summary:The Senior Manager of Analytics will analyze all paid media, user behavior and website analytics data to identify new opportunities and trends that will be used to scale and optimize performance marketing efforts. They will utilize existing and new tools for data analysis and AB test deployment, allowing for confident recommendations on performance marketing strategy and next steps.

  • Conducts comprehensive analysis of website and digital marketing data analysis o identify opportunities for optimizing conversion funnels and increasing ROAS.
  • Designs and executes A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to improve user experience and increase conversion rates at different stages of the funnel.
  • Analyzes and optimizes performance metrics of paid media campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media ads) to align with funnel stages and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies for improving our conversion rate.
  • Utilizes advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Bloomreach, Rockerbox, Measured) to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators related to funnel optimization and paid media mix.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends and best practices in CRO and digital marketing to continually enhance strategies and tactics.
  • Optimizes the setup of our current systems to ensure we’re capturing and tracking all of the data correctly.
  • Has an overall pulse of the “why” behind daily sales trends and works with the proper teams to drive action based on the insights you find.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • BA in Marketing, Business, Statistics,  related field and/or equivalent years of experience
  • Proven experience in digital marketing analytics, with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization, funnel analysis, and paid media management
  • Expertise in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, attribution tools and heatmapping/user behavior tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience with PPC platforms or analyzing PPC platform data 
  • A strong understanding of media mixes and full funnel marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Detail-oriented approach with a proactive mindset toward identifying and implementing growth opportunities
  • Experience working in an ecommerce environment
  • Ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with numerous interactions and interruptions
  • High degree of initiative, self-motivation and ability to motivate others
  • Ability to provide a working atmosphere that is positive and productive
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members and colleagues
  • Previous, current or future cat owner
  • Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs)
