US We are hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist with dealership experience to support AP functions for multiple dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post all payable invoices daily and reconcile vendor statements.
• Verify approvals and required documentation prior to posting.
• Process payments timely.
• Maintain AP reports, schedules, and vendor files.
• Manage year-end 1099 filings.
• Assist with accruals, prepaid postings, and month-end close.
• Resolve vendor discrepancies and support audits.
• Maintain sublet schedules and support forecasting.

• Accounts Payable experience
• Automotive dealership AP experience preferred.
• CDK or Tekion dealership DMS experience preferred.
• Strong accuracy, documentation, and reconciliation skills.
• Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, filters, aging review).
