We are hiring a Contracts Clerk with dealership experience to support contracts functions for multiple dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post new and pre-owned vehicle contracts accurately.
• Verify incentives, rebates, sales tax, and financial terms in each deal.
• Maintain contract files, billing schedules, and electronic records.
• Manage schedules for inventory, dealer trades, finance reserves, factory incentives, aftermarket products, and service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and dealership policies.
• Process payoff and equity checks accurately and efficiently.
• Process monthly dealer finance reserves.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience as a Contracts or Billing Clerk in an automotive dealership.
• Strong understanding of dealership billing processes including titles, registration, payoffs, and funding.
• Understanding of laws related to new and used sales contracts and sales tax.
• CDK or Tekion dealership DMS experience preferred.
• Strong accuracy, documentation, and reconciliation skills.
• Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, filters, aging review).
•  Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
