As a Carpenter at Local Roots, you’ll be at the forefront of our projects, working side-by-side with your team to build everything from custom decks and pergolas to intricate roof structures. What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience: 3-4 years in carpentry with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Technical skills: Ability to read blueprints, manage jobsites, and operate all relevant machinery/Tools.
• Physical stamina: Able to lift 50 lbs, work in all weather conditions, and handle the physical demands of construction.
