About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our growing team and support more than 50 skilled nursing and assisted living locations. In this role, you will play a key part in making sure our employees are paid accurately and on time, every time.

What You’ll Do

  • Process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for skilled nursing and assisted living locations
     
  • Review and verify employee time and attendance records
     
  • Validate bonus payments, benefit deductions, and other earnings
     
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure policy compliance
     
  • Respond to payroll questions and resolve discrepancies
     
  • Perform payroll audits for accuracy and completeness
     
  • Participate in special projects and process improvements

Requirements

 

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of payroll-related experience
     
  • CPP or FPC certification preferred (not required)
     
  • Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
     
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
     
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
     
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
     
  • A positive, proactive mindset and desire to grow
     
Salary Description
$24.00- $26.00 DOE
